Lieutenant Governor Matt Pinnell has announced that he has decided not to run for Governor for the state of Oklahoma.
“Lisa and I decided to not run for governor because we were ready for a new chapter outside politics,” Pinnell said in a social media post. “While the announced developments in our congressional delegation opened up that conversation again the past few days, it has not changed how we feel about pursuing something new outside of politics.”
Pinnell has served as the Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma since 2019.
