The National Weather Service in Tulsa was busy surveying damage across the area over the weekend after a severe weather outbreak Friday night.
Damage occurred in Beggs, Bristow, Tulsa, Collinsville and Oologah.
A survey team said the damage in Rogers County, from Collinsville to Oologah, was consistent with an EF-2 tornado.
We’re told the tornado started at 6:55 p.m. three miles east of Collinsville over a heavily wooded area east of North 161st East Avenue, crossed the Caney River and destroyed a home, damaged several others and flipped a large recreational vehicle.
Trees were snapped and outbuilding were also damaged, according to NWS-Tulsa.
The tornado continued, crossing crossing South 4090 Road, snapping large tree limbs and power poles as it crossed East 430 Road before eventually dissipating at 7:02 p.m.
Forecasters said estimated peak wind was between 125 and 135 miles per hour. They said the tornado traveled near five miles and left a path about 150 yards wide.
No injuries were reported.
Other surveys were conducted to rate possible tornadoes in other parts of Green Country.
