TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department said they’re searching for a woman charged with child neglect.
According to the department, they received a child neglect report on Jan. 5.
Authorities said an infant was born at a local hospital, but began to experience cocaine withdrawal only days after being born.
Police said an arrest warrant was issued for the baby’s mother, 46-year-old Karina Hernandez.
At this time, police have still not been able to locate her.
