SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — Page Park in Sand Springs is set to undergo multiple improvements as part of the City’s 2022 General Obligation Bond Election.
Sand Springs Parks said the project has combined voter-approved funds and a grant from the OTRD/National Park Service.
Over the last nine months, Sand Springs Parks staff has worked with its consultant, Land Plan, to finalize construction documents for the project’s bid and award.
Throughout this time, the Sand Springs Parks Advisory Board has provided input on the project to ensure it meets the community’s expectations.
The project will bring a new splash pad, pump track, playground features, trails, bathroom, outdoor fitness equipment and more parking to a long-term park site.
Sand Springs Parks anticipates being able to bid the project in April 2026 and begin construction in the summer of 2026.
