TULSA, Okla. — A man is dead following an officer-involved shooting at a convenience store on Apache and Harvard in north Tulsa Wednesday morning.
According to the Tulsa Police Department, officers responded to a call about a man threatening workers at the convenience store around 1:45 a.m.
Officers arrived and gave the man commands to drop the knife. Police say he continued to be combative while armed and was shot by officers.
He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
No officers were injured.
