BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – Broken Arrow Police say a family of 6 adults was traveling from Coweta to BA around 9:45 Sunday night when 2 men in the vehicle started arguing.
The driver of the vehicle pulled into the Salvation Army parking lot near 91st and Aspen, then one man shot the other man in the chest.
Police say the suspect then took off running, jumping over a few fences before breaking his leg.
Officers had to taze the suspect to get him to comply.
The man who was shot was taken to the hospital, where he is stable.
The alleged shooter was taken into custody and also transported to the hospital.
All 6 individuals are tribal members.
