Catoosa police and firefighters were called to Oklahoma Precast near Pine and 161st E. Avenue in Catoosa Wednesday afternoon around 3:55.
When first responders arrived, they found an adult male under a large steel tube called a concrete horn.
The tube is used as a form for casting concrete culverts.
Police say the victim, 48-year-old Marcos Saucedo, was a long-term employee of Oklahoma Precast and was pronounced dead at the scene.
No foul play is suspected, but the medical examiner will be investigating the cause of death.
The victim’s next of kin has been notified.
