SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — The City of Sand Springs says a new $26 million, 77-thousand square foot retail center is coming soon to Sheffield Crossing at Highway 97 and Morrow Road.
The City says it will include a Ross, Ulta Beauty, Burlington, and one more tenant to be announced soon.
The Sheffield Crossing development has featured mostly restaurants so far, adding an Olive Garden, Chick-fil-A, Whataburger, and Dutch Bros. coffee in recent years.
A Chipotle restaurant was announced back in February and is scheduled to open late this year.
