TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department is searching for a man who is wanted in connection with a midtown Tulsa shooting on Sunday that left a 28-year-old man dead.
At around 1:54 a.m. on Sunday, officers responded to reports of a shooting in the north-side parking lot of the Trade Winds Central Inn near East 51st Street and South Harvard Avenue.
Police said the victim was shot in the parking lot and transported to the hospital, where he later died.
Officers recovered multiple shell casings from the scene.
On Monday, authorities said they are searching for 33-year-old Jeffrey Shane Aguire, who is wanted in connection with the homicide. TPD said he is considered to be armed and dangerous.
