MCALESTER, Okla. — The Oklahoma Department of Corrections is investigating after an inmate at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary in McAlester was found dead.
ODOC says Justin Howard was serving two 10-year sentences for both Rogers and Tulsa County.
Howard died on May 17. His cause of death is currently unknown.
