Tulsa Police arrested a suspect in a deadly shooting Tuesday morning near the Whitlow Apartments, near the corner of East Seminole Street and North Quincy Avenue.
Tulsa Police Captain Richard Meulenberg confirmed that police arrested 36-year-old Dominic Marshall for first-degree murder after the deadly shooting in north Tulsa. Officers were called to the apartments just before 2:00 a.m., after reports of the shooting.
When officers arrived, they found 25-year-old Kenneth McVay lying on the sidewalk dead from gunshot wounds. Witnesses told police there could have been more than one shooter, but they are still investigating. TPD says multiple pistol cartridge casings were recovered, along with other evidence.
This is Tulsa’s 20th homicide of the year.
