TULSA, Okla. — Thursday night, members of the Tulsa Catholic community gathered in midtown to observe the Feast of Corpus Christi with a special procession.
The evening started with a mass at the Parish of Christ the King near 15th Street and Peoria Avenue.
The group then walked down Cherry Street for the procession, ending at Holy Family Cathedral in downtown Tulsa.
The Feast of Corpus Christi celebrates the Eucharist, also known as holy communion.
