TULSA, Okla. — Groundbreaking is being held today for a new residential and commercial development on the east side of Tulsa.
Lucent Valley will sit on roughly 55 acres, on the southwest corner of 41st and 129th East Avenue.
As a master-planned, mixed-used development, it will feature 270 single-family homes, as well as 10-acres of commercial space, including a hotel, restaurants, and other retail and service-oriented businesses.
Developers say when it’s done, it will create much-needed housing inventory for Tulsa and an economic boost for the east side of Tulsa.
