Oklahoma Gas & Electric and Public Service Compary of Oklahoma are currently working to restore power following overnight storms from Sunday.
OG&E says the hardest hit areas include the north Oklahoma City metro area. As of 7:30 a.m., approximately 43,00 customers are without power.
In the Tulsa metro area, over 900 people are without power according to PSO’s outage map.
If you see any downed power lines, you are asked to avoid them and not drive over them. If you spot a downed line, OG&E says you can report it at 800-522-6870.
