TIAWAH, Okla. — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said two people are dead after a head-on crash on State Highway 88 in Rogers County Wednesday.
Around 7:41 a.m., 64-year-old Rhonda Brewer from Sapulpa was driving westbound on State Highway 88 near East 523 Road when her vehicle went left of center.
24-year-old Shaylee King from Inola was traveling northbound on the highway and was hit head on by Brewer’s vehicle.
OHP said both drivers were pronounced dead on scene.
State Highway 88 was closed for around two hours while crews worked the crash.
