BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — The Broken Arrow Police Department is searching for a missing 83-year-old man who was last seen in Catoosa.
BAPD said Charles “Bob” Painter was last seen in a purple ball cap, blue long sleeve shirt, and black pants while driving a 2015 blue Infiniti QX80 with an Oklahoma tag: GXJ530.
Bob is 5’11, has white hair and has dementia.
