OKLAHOMA — Was Oklahoma law violated?

Attorney General Gentner Drummond is investigating whether Oklahoma law was violated in connection with Dr. Anthony Fauci’s actions during the pandemic.

This week, Attorney General Drummond sent a letter to Committee Chairman Rand Paul, emphasizing concerns over Fauci’s repeated invocation of the Fifth Amendment during his congressional testimony, despite receiving an unconditional presidential pardon.

Drummond said the American people deserve a full accounting of what occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic. He also cited Fauci’s pandemic-era diary entries recently released by the Committee that appear to contradict statements Fauci made publicly and before Congress.

Drummond has directed his office to determine whether Fauci’s actions violated Oklahoma law.
