According to TPD, witnesses told police that the suspect came into the salon asking to use the restroom, but was denied because the salon does not have a public restroom.

The bullet skimmed across the floor near the five people inside.

Officers found the suspect at a shopping center near 79th and Sheridan. TPD said the suspect was taken into custody without incident.

According to TPD, the suspect had a small handgun tucked in his waistband.
