The City said the Bixhoma Water Tank reached 14.8 feet, it’s highest level in almost a year. Communication issues within the system have been identified and the City is working with contractors to find a solution.

Residents are encouraged to comment on the City’s Facebook post regarding water pressure levels during peak times. The City said peak times include 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The information provided in the post’s comments will be passed along to the City’s Public Works team.

While the immediate repair has been resolved, the City said work does not stop here. Crews will continue monitoring the system, addressing the identified issues and keeping residents updated.
