TULSA, Okla. – Today is Election Day in Oklahoma, and voters will cast their ballots for the Republican candidate for Governor, State Superintendent, Labor Commissioner, and multimillion-dollar school bond packages.
Tulsa residents will also choose city councilors, with 6 out of 9 districts up for a vote. Two state questions will also be on the ballot.
The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
In order to vote, you must be registered in Tulsa County and bring proper identification. That includes any ID issued by the United States, the State of Oklahoma, or a federally recognized tribal government if it includes your name, your photograph, and an expiration date that is later than the election in which you are voting.
