KELLYVILLE, Okla. — Sand Springs marijuana facility explosion suspect, Ryan Bassham, is now facing additional charges in Creek County.
According to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), Bassham was arrested on Monday, August 31, by Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics (OBN) agents for “operating a separate illegal marijuana grow and processing facility near Kellyville, Oklahoma.”
This arrest comes after Bassham bonded out of Tulsa County jail with a bond of $2 million on Sunday, August 30.
Bassham was arrested previously in Tulsa County after surrendering. He was charged with two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of two people in a Sand Springs marijuana facility explosion.
OSBI said Bassham was booked into the Creek County jail on Monday on charges of aggravated trafficking of a controlled and dangerous substance, aggravated manufacturing of a controlled and dangerous substance, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
