TULSA, Okla. — If you hear sirens going off in west Tulsa today, that may just be the refinery.
HF Sinclair Tulsa Refining LLC is informing the public that it will be performing an alarm test at its Tulsa refinery around 10 a.m. They say the test is expected to go until around noon.
They state that during the test, you may see employees of the refinery gathered at the fence line.
HF Sinclair says these tests are done to validate emergency response plans and to learn from them.
