TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police have arrested a suspect, who is accused of shooting a 17-year-old boy multiple times at the Willow Creek Apartments near 71st and Yale on Sunday.
Police said the incident began as an argument.
Police say the 17-year-old and 33-year-old Brittney White were both armed when they got into an argument inside an apartment.
They say the two got into a struggle and that White wound up getting both guns and shooting the 17-year-old as he tried to get away.
When officers arrived on scene, they reportedly heard gunshots and rushed to help.
They say White came out and surrendered the guns to police when they got on the scene and she was arrested on a complaint of Shooting with Intent to Kill.
Officers say they found the teen and he was rushed to a hospital.
They say he’s expected to survive despite being shot multiple times, including one to his face.
