The Okmulgee County Election Board has released sample ballots ahead of the general election on November 3.
Okmulgee County Election Board Secretary Ashley Carnes tells voters that sample ballots are tailored to each voter and their precinct and that only voters that have an election coming up will be able to view the sample ballots in the portal.
“If the OK Voter Portal indicates that you have no sample ballots available, it means you are not eligible to vote in an upcoming election,” says Carnes. “We recommend checking the OK Voter Portal to make sure you have an election before heading to the polls.”
Sample ballots will also be posted outside every precinct polling place on election day.
The Oklahoma County Election Board is located at 314 W. 7th Street, Room 102, in Okmulgee.
