Tulsa Police catch one bike theft suspect, searching for another

By Steve Berg – KRMG News  11/19/2025  12:48 Tulsa Police busted an accused bike bandit, but they say more are still at large.Police say at around 12:40 a.m. Tuesday morning , several suspects broke out a sliding glass door with a rock at Phat Tire Bicycles near 97th and Riverside and stole three bicycles. Immediately north of the shop, police say they found Talazia Moore riding a brand new bicycle from Phat Tire. They say she tried to claim she had traded for it and didn’t know about the burglary, but police say she was seen on the store’s surveillance cameras. They say Moore is a tribal citizen and is subject to the McGirt ruling, so her case will be handled in either federal or tribal court going forward. Police are still looking for a second suspect (pictured below), a man wearing a red shirt, who was seen on the surveillance cameras. Image preview They say he stole a $6,000 electric bicycle that, ironically, was set to be delivered to the TPD Bicycle Patrol Unit. If you have any information about his identity or whereabouts, they ask that you call Tulsa Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS. They say you can remain anonymous when calling. They ask that you please reference case 2025-059153.
