Tulsa Police were called out to a hit-and-run, auto-pedestrian crash after a woman in a polyamorous relationship struck one of her lovers with her car.
Police reports said 22-year-old Iyonna Alexander hit the victim with her vehicle and drove and fled the scene.
Officers say Alexander was upset with one of her romantic partners for not showing her enough attention. She became upset and drove her blue Ford sedan in circles in the apartment complex parking lot. That is when officers said she drove onto the grass and hit the man, sending him over the windshield and onto the ground. He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and Alexander was found in her car with extensive damage.
The windshield was shattered and caved in, and the front passenger bumper sustained damage.
Alexander is facing complaints of Assault & Battery with a Deadly Weapon and Leaving the Scene of an Injury Collision.
