TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa Police made yet another Promenade Mall-related arrest this week. after
Tulsa Police say an officer spotted a black F‑150 cruising through the mall’s parking garage around 4:15 a.m. on April 27.
Officers pulled the truck over and immediately saw piles of copper wire, copper pipe, and other suspected stolen materials sitting openly in the bed. Inside the truck were five people, all offering conflicting stories about why they were there. One passenger was released pending further investigation.
A search of the vehicle turned up several backpacks filled with burglary tools, including pipe cutters, reciprocating saws, and wrenches.
Police say four occupants — Summer Agustin, Francisco Gonzalez, Jonathon Mendoza, and Jennifer McLaughlin — were arrested and booked into the Tulsa County Jail on charges that include Second‑Degree Burglary, Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, and Possession of Stolen Copper.
