TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police arrested a woman they say stabbed a man to death in south Tulsa Monday night.
Officers responded to a stabbing outside the Hope Clinic near 51st & Yale around 9:15 p.m. When they arrived, they found a 46-year-old man with a stab wound to the chest. Officers rendered first aid until paramedics arrived and took the victim to the hospital, where he later died.
Police say witnesses in the area told them they heard the victim and suspect arguing before they saw the victim fall to the ground and the suspect run away.
Officers viewed security footage from nearby businesses, which showed the suspect discarding the knife into a storm drain. Officers searched the area and located the suspect a few blocks away, walking near a gas station.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County Jail for first-degree murder.
