WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. — The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a woman in an animal cruelty case that resulted in the death of two dogs.
According to the office, deputies responded to the Indian Lodge Motel, located at 33700 Highway 51 around 10:15 a.m. on June 16, regarding a report of animal neglect. When deputies arrived on scene, the property manager told them about concerns involving three sogs being housed inside a unit. The manager said there were complaints about the dogs being left unattended for extended periods of time.
After a search warrant was obtained, officers confirmed the two dead dogs and found the animals in advance stages of decomposition and had no access to food or water. Investigators also noted extremely poor living conditions in the unit.

The surviving dog was taken into protective custody by Oklahoma Alliance for Animals and was given food and water. Deputies observed the dog ate rapidly indicating it had been some time it had gone without food.
Fogleman was taken into custody on June 19 without incident and faces three counts of animal cruelty. She was transported to the Wagoner County Detention Center and booked. Her bond is set at $30,000
