The National Weather Service in Tulsa is expecting even more rain on Wednesday.
Meteorologist Craig Sullivan with the National Weather Service tells KRMG this morning’s storms could turn severe.

Sullivan says the Tulsa Metro is also under a flash flood watch due to the high amounts of rain we have had over the last couple weeks. NWS says strong to severe thunderstorms are possible across portions of the area on Wednesday morning before decreasing by the afternoon. Additional strong to severe storms will be possible on Wednesday night.

More storms are expected overnight and could continue throughout the afternoon and evening tomorrow. Rain should clear out by the weekend, and then we are looking at muggy, high temps in the 90s.
