Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office arrest man accused of indecent exposure

WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. — The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man who they say was exposing himself to motorists.

According to the report, deputies responded to the 10700 Block of South 305th East Avenue regarding a report of a naked man near a black passenger vehicle on July 13, around 2:30 a.m. Deputies found a man, identified as Zachary Alexander of Tulsa, lying down with no clothes on in the open trunk of a black four-door sedan parked 20 feet off South 305th East Avenue in a gravel driveway. They say Alexander’s private area was visible from the roadway.

Deputies ordered Alexander out of the trunk and took him into custody without incident. Clothes belonging to him were retrieved from the vehicle and he was allowed to get dressed before he was taken to the Wagoner County Detention Center. During the investigation, Alexander admitted he had smoked narcotics earlier and was not feeling well.

Alexander was charged with indecent exposure and had a bond set at $2,000.
