TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa Police are working the homicide of a young person this morning near 51st Street North and Frankfort.
Homicide detectives say a 13-year-old was in a stolen car when they were shot.
No suspects are in custody at this time, and investigators say they are currently following leads.
