CATOOSA, Okla. — The Catoosa Police Department said first responders are battling a grass fire near North 166th East Avenue and East Pine Street in Catoosa.
The department said fire crews are working to put out the flames, while officers are helping to keep the scene safe by guiding traffic.
Police are asking drivers to avoid the area and to use an alternate route if possible to give first responders room to safely work.
Smoke may remain visible in the surrounding area as firefighters continue to work on containing and extinguishing the flames.
