CATOOSA, Okla. — The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics served two search warrants that they say were tied to an ongoing criminal investigation.
One was conducted at Chen Wei Farm LLC, located at 1152 North 168th East Avenue, in Rogers County.
ICE, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, the Rogers County Sheriff’s Office, and the Oklahoma Army National Guard assisted with the operation.
The warrant was served in reference to sourcing marijuana for the black market. 12,307 marijuana plants and over 111 pounds of processed marjuana was seized.
One was conducted at Chen Wei Farm LLC, located at 1152 North 168th East Avenue, in Rogers County.
Arrests from the operation are pending.
At the same time, another search warrant was being served at Hydro Plant, located at 1408 North 105th East Ave. in Tulsa County. The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the operation along with ICE, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture and the Oklahoma Army National Guard.
OBN says that, along with black market marijuana, it was also being stored at a location without a valid OBN registration. Over 1000 pounds of processed marijuana was seized from the business. Illegal pesticides were taken from the location as well.
OBN says one person was located at the site and was taken into custody by ICE for immigration violations. Additional arrests are pending.
