A Tulsa man is dead following a drowning at Keystone Lake over the weekend.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 26-year-old Christian Becerra-Ledezma of Tulsa was riding an ATV on the shore of the lake and walked into the water to cool off.
Troopers say he never resurfaced and was later located in 9 feet of water.
