The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says they have made an arrest after a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run Thursday night on I-44 near the river bridge.
Troopers say Samantha Wood hit 40-year-old Joshua Holahta, who was walking along the outside shoulder of I-44 when a car driven by the suspect failed to stay in its lane.
Wood was arrested on Friday for First Degree Manslaughter, Leaving the Scene of Injury or Fatal Accident and DUI, among other charges.
