TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department says a 43-year-old woman has been reported missing.
Cortelyou Churchill Kenney was last seen on September 2.
Kenney is described as a white female. She is 5’2″ tall and weighs 105 pounds, She has blue eyes and blonde hair.
