OSBI: Duncan youth pastor arrested, accused of sexual contact with children

DUNCAN, Okla. – A youth pastor has been arrested after agents with the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation said he had sexual contact with children.

Officers with the Duncan Police Department asked OSBI to investigate possible child sexual abuse in March 2026. During the investigation, OSBI agents identified 27-year-old Andrew Benton as the suspect.

Benton was serving as the youth president at Assembly of our Lord Jesus Christ and a youth pastor at Grace Chapel Pentecostal Church.

OSBI shared its report of Benton with the Stephens County District Court on August 28, and an arrest warrant was issued on October 6.

Benton turned himself in to police on October 8. Bond was set at $100,000, and he was ordered to have no contact with any minors and to consume no intoxicants.
