Attorney General’s Organized Task Force raids illegal marijuana operations in Tulsa, Claremore

GREEN COUNTRY, Okla. — Attorney General Gentner Drummond said his Organized Crime Task Force raided two illegal marijuana grow operations and two illegal marijuana processing facilities on Wednesday.

According to authorities, the raids were carried out at KMA 2021 in Tulsa, Wanna-Dab Labs in Tulsa and Danky McNuggy Medical Group located in Claremore and Tulsa.

The attorney general’s office said 58,920 marijuana plants and 1,350 pounds of processed marijuana were seized and several individuals were arrested, including nine people law enforcement identified as illegal immigrants.

“We are making communities across the state safer each time we shut down an illegal marijuana grow operation,” said Drummond. “I appreciate our partnership with the Trump administration to work with ICE to deport illegal immigrants who are involved in these operations and to build a more secure Oklahoma.”

One Jenks couple arrested during the raids have been accused of operating an illegal drug trafficking operation since 2024.

Authorities said Qiu Cheng Chen, also known as Sam Chen, and his wife Xiufeng Lin, also known as Linda Lin, have been operating various straw ownership schemes to obtain, register and operate medical marijuana businesses in Tulsa and Rogers County.

The attorney general’s office said the couple was able to hide their ownership of the properties thanks to these straw ownership schemes.

Chen and Lin are set to face the following charges:

  • Conspiracy to Defraud the State
  • Conspiracy to Manufacture a Controlled Dangerous Substance
  • Aggravated Manufacturing of Controlled Dangerous Substance
  • Pattern of Criminal Offenses
