OKLAHOMA CITY — One of Oklahoma’s largest health care providers says it is preparing for workforce reductions and clinic closures, according to FOX23’s sister station KOKH.

On Friday, INTEGRIS Health officials confirmed to FOX 25 that the system is taking action in response to expected cuts to Medicaid and Medicare funding tied to the One Big Beautiful Bill.

The company said that once all provisions of the bill take effect, INTEGRIS expects to lose about $130 million annually.

Over the next three to six months, some INTEGRIS clinics are expected to close, and providers will lose their jobs.

INTEGRIS has not said how many clinics or providers will be affected. FOX 25 also asked where closures may occur but has not yet received a response.
