“We could not be more thrilled to open our EMS Logistics Building,” said Fire Chief Jeremy Moore. “This facility will allow our team to have more of a seamless process to provide for our EMS needs around the city. With EMS being the majority of the calls we receive, it was important that we prioritized the need to enhance the logistical side of the operation. I’d like to extend our sincerest gratitude to city leadership and to citizens of Broken Arrow for making this happen. This facility was part of a prior bind package, and we are grateful for the citizens’ continued support of the bonds and the fire department.”

The EMS Logistics Facility allows for crew to electronically request materials that are prepared and delivered to stations directly, supporting a supply system that is efficient and streamlined.

The facility boasts a dedicated production area for staff to deploy and stock medical supply bins, an on-site maintenance space for technicians to perform preventative maintenance and repairs helping to lower costs and reduce down time.

The Broken Arrow Fire Department said this new facility “strengthens the department’s ability to maintain emergency readiness and meet the needs of a rapidly growing community.”
