The Tulsa Fire Museum hosted an open house on Saturday during the Route 66 Capital Cruise.

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., members of the community, guests, and visitors were able to take a tour of the historic fire alarm building.

The event featured food, touch-a-truck moments, paid guided archive tours, and more! Those who attended the open house were able to see the museum’s continued preservation efforts of fire service artifacts and learned more about the museum.

The Tulsa Fire Museum is located inside what originally served as the city’s central fire alarm headquarters. Now, the building is used as a way to preserve Tulsa fire service history.

If you weren’t able to make it out to the community open house, don’t fret! You can always schedule a visit for a later date.
