TULSA, Okla. — A child is deceased following a shooting at a home in midtown Tulsa.
According to Tulsa Police, officers were dispatched to a home around 8:00 a.m. Saturday, near Admiral Place and Harvard Avenue, after calls came in for a shooting.
Upon arriving on the scene, officers found an 11-year-old boy who had been shot.
Police said EMSA and the Tulsa Fire Department provided first aid, and the boy was taken to the hospital, where he later passed from his injuries.
According to police, the twin brother and parents of the child were home. However, they said that they do not believe there was any foul play.
