BAPD investigating hit-and-run involving semi-truck

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — The Broken Arrow Police Department is asking for help identifying a semi-truck involved in a hit-and-run crash on Tuesday.

Police said the crash took place around 2:40 p.m. near West Kenosha Street and South Sycamore Avenue, just east of North Aspen Avenue.

The suspect vehicle is described as a white semi-truck pulling a flat-bed trailer with Oklahoma tag DS7400. The truck’s tag is unknown.

Police said the semi-truck driver is accused of making a wide right turn and hitting another vehicle before driving away on eastbound West Kenosha Street through North Elm Place.

The right side of the trailer may have minor damage. Police said the victim’s vehicle took significant damage during the crash.
