UPDATE: A 16-year-old suspect has turned himself in to police.
TULSA, Okla. – Four people were shot in a neighborhood near Pine and Memorial early Friday morning, according to Tulsa police.
TPD told KRMG it started as an altercation that led to the suspect being confronted. Captain Jeff Edwards said the suspect responded by opening fire on the victims, who police say are between 16 and 23 years old.
One of the victims is said to be in critical condition, Captain Edwards told KRMG.
Police said the suspect lives on the same street, but they believe he left the area. Officers said they are waiting on a search warrant to enter his home.
