TULSA, Okla. — A suspect turned himself in after a shooting early Sunday morning near N. Harvard Avenue and E. Apache Street.
Officials with the Tulsa Police Department said the shooting happened around 4 a.m. during a party or gathering.
One victim was taken to the hospital and is reported to be in stable condition, according to TPD.
The suspect has been booked on charges of Shooting with Intent to Kill and Assault and Battery with a Deadly Weapon.
We are choosing not to name the suspect at this time as charges have not been officially filed as of yet.
