WAGONER COUNTY, Okla. — The Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Tulsa man, who they say began and maintained sexually explicit conversations with an undercover decoy during a sex crimes operation.
According to the office, they began the operation on June 1 after gaining information from a certified confidential informant.
The suspect, identified as Randall Mukes, arranged a meeting with the undercover decoy at a Casey’s Convenience Store in the 2400 Block of East Albany Street in Broken Arrow. At approximately 4 p.m., Mukes entered the parking lot and was seen circling the area before positioning near a gas pump. He stayed in the vehicle while he was talking with the decoy and telling them to come outside. Deputies then made contact with Mukes and arrested him without incident.
Mukes was taken to the Wagoner County Detention Center, where he was booked and charged with lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child.
