TULSA, Okla. — You’ve only got a few days left to submit your entries in ODOT’s 2nd annual snowplow naming contest for K-12 students.
Year one winners featured names like ‘Sleetwood Mac,’ ‘Plowabunga,’ and and ‘Snowbi-Wan Kenobi.’
ODOT will pick names for 35 snowplows, and the winning students will be able to track their named snowplow on the state’s snowplow tracking website.
They’ll also get some ODOT gear, including a tote bag, beanie, and insulated water bottle.
The contest runs through Monday, September 28th.
