The store would sit behind what is now a McDonald’s, Walgreens and Discount Tire, among other stores.

The more than 18 and a half acres of land is already zoned for commercial use.

WinCo Foods is on the planning commission’s agenda for Monday. The plans did not list details as to how soon the store could open, if approved by City leaders.

The Tulsa Metro’s only WinCo location is currently at 71st and Memorial near Woodland Hills Mall.
