COWETA, Okla. — Coweta Fire Department responded to a house fire near South 282nd East Avenue on Tuesday night.
A spokesperson with the Coweta Fire Department said the house is owned by a suspect involved in a sexual assault case in Coweta.
According to authorities, firefighters believe that no one was home during the time of the fire. The cause is currently still under investigation by the fire marshal.
First responders said there are no injuries at this time, and the house is expected to be a total loss.
